For contractors running several sites, a repeatable checklist saves time and prevents gaps. Use this as a starting point and adapt it to your projects.
Before the rental
- Confirm site location, access route and unloading space
- Measure heights and wall lengths
- Estimate quantity and rental duration
- Clarify what the quotation includes
- Check any society or local permissions
On delivery
- Count and inspect components against the delivery note
- Store material on firm ground away from traffic
- Ensure assembly is done by competent workers
During use
- Inspect scaffolding regularly, especially after rain
- Avoid overloading platforms
- Keep a record of any modifications
At the end
- Plan dismantling in advance
- Count components before return
- Coordinate pickup timing with the supplier
